   We do require a non-refundable deposit of half down in order to hold a kitten. Pending means we have received a deposit on the kitten. Sold means full payment has been received. All kittens sold come with a health guarantee, two sets of vaccinations, are dewormed, vet checked & well socialized. Kittens are ready to leave for their new homes no earlier then 12wks... We do work with a spay & neuter contract when purchasing as a pet. Breeder & show quality kittens are offered at times to a pet home at discounted breeder, show prices.
