Julbilee Cats believes this kitten/cat to be healthy at time of sale and free of any life threatening disease unless otherwise stated. Kitten/cat must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72hrs. of purchase and isolated for a period of 2wks. During this isolation period the kitten/cat must be quarantined from other animals and their environment to prevent any disease exposure, or injuries for the 72hr. veterinarian examinations to be honored. During the 72hr. period the food type, or brand must not be changed, or household milk given. Otherwise any problems, which should occur will be resolved at the disgression of and as determined by Julbilee Cats. Julbilee Cats is to be notified immediately of such diagnosis in writing by the veterinarian. Copies of all lab reports, x-rays, or other information must be sent to the breeder by the veterinarian, before consideration and determination is made by Julbilee Cats for replacement, or refund of kitten/cat. Julbilee Cats is not responsible for any vet costs incurred, including initial exam, or any other cost. Julbilee Cats is not responsible for the cost of shipping, or delivery of replacement kitten/cat. Any and all warranties are null and void should this kitten/cat be given Leukemia, FIP, or MCK vaccine. Validation from your vet, that kitten/cat was seen and any existing problems to be noted is required for your health warranty to be valid and must be received by the breeder within 14 days. 2. Seller will not refund, or accept return of the kitten/cat on account of upper respiratory disease, diarrhea, ringworm, or internal/external parasites. These are not considered life theatening problems. Also Julbilee Cats does not warrantee against pkd at this time. We are still in the process of testing all our breeders. See website info page for more information on this disease. Kitten/cat is warranteed until 1yr. of age against any genetic defect, or disease creating a serious illness, which would cause a painfull shorten life span. At which time if kitten/cat surpasses the 2wks. isolation period kitten/cat will not be refunded, but will be replaced with a kitten/cat of same quality when one comes available. 3. Seller will not refund, or accept return of the kitten/cat on account of illness, or injury caused by the purchaser, or others, of landlord problems, marital problems, allergic problems, or for any other reasons, except set forth in paragraph 1 & 2. If buyer can not keep kitten/cat for any reason stated seller will assist buyer in placing kitten/cat. 4. Under no circumstances is kitten/cat to be used for research, or given, or sold to any type of research, or testing facility and is not be given, or sold to any type of pet store, kitten mill, or any unreputable party. Kitten/cat is to be given proper veterinary care, grooming and nutritional needs are to be cared for. Kitten/cat must be maintained within the household of purchaser at all times, never allowed to roam outdoors. Kitten/cat is not to be mistreated, or abuse, or neglected in any manner. If kitten/cat is ever found to be neglected, or mistreated in any way, purchaser will surrender this cat and it's papers unconditionally and immediately at no cost to the seller. 5. Julbilee Cats prefers that the buyer never declaws this kitten/cat and understands that declawing is a mutilation and a cruelty that is likely to alter the cat's temperament and health. However, this is your decision and Julbilee Cats will hold no responsibility for any changes in the kitten/cat's behavior. 6. It is expected, that the purchaser register the kitten/cat with CFA when you receive the CFA registration form. 7. It is understood when kitten/cat is purchased, traded, or gifted as a pet, that the kitten/cat is not to be bred, or shown. If kitten/cat is ever found to be bred, or shown this contract will be immediatly annuled & kitten/cat will be retrieved by Julbilee Cats at the expense of the purchaser. Also all profits gained from kitten/cat litters shall be restored back to Julbilee Cats within a timely matter set forth by Julbilee Cats. 9. If being purchased, traded or gifted as a pet, kitten must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age, cat over 1yr. within 30 days. Kitten/cat registration forms will be retained until spay/neuter certification is received by the breeder. Spay/neuter certificate must be received by the breeder within 2 wks of having procedure done, or any and all health warranties will become null and void, unless written notice from veterinarian is received as to why kitten/cat cannot be spayed/neutered. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to do this. You will not be reminded. 10. If kitten/cat is being purchased for anything other then pet, kitten/cat must not be resold, traded, co-owned, or placed in a new home at anytime unless the purchaser contacts Julbilee Cats first. Julbilee Cats has first choice of purchasing kitten/cat back under similar contract. 11. If kitten/cat is being purchased as a breeder and does not prove itself by the age of 3 yrs. old, kitten/cat must be spayed/neutered. Only when certification is received will Julbilee Cats replace kitten/cat with an equal kitten/cat when one becomes available. There will be no refund given, or no cost incurred by Julbilee Cats. 12. If kitten/cat is being co-owned all veterinarian visits will be brought to Julbilee Cats knowledge before hand. Julbilee Cats will choose to pay half of all veterinarian expenses after receiving all copies of lab reports, x-rays, or other information sent from veterinarian. Julbilee Cats has the right to dispute diagnosis and have kitten/cat diagnosed by another veterinarian before reliable for half of expenses. If injuries, or illnesses are found due to neglect of the other party, Julbilee Cats is not held reliable for any veterinarian costs incurred, or refund/replacement of kitten/cat. 13. If kitten/cat is being gifted as a pet, breeder,or show it is understood by the party whom kitten/cat is being gifted that there is no health guarantee, or replacements of kitten/cat. Julbilee Cats is not responsible for any costs incurred by kitten/cat. 14. Purchaser understands kitten/cat being sold as a breeder, show, top show quality is not guaranteed as such. Julbilee Cats has determined such quality at time of sale. Therefore Julbilee Cats will not refund, or exchange. 15. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty, or representation has been made with respect to the kitten/cat except as set forth in writing in this agreement. There are no implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, or sale. Julbilee Cats cannot make a guarantee as to the final color, or size of the kitten as many factors are involved including, diet, genetics, overall health, grooming, etc. 16. A superficial examination at time of sale by the seller revealed no broken bones, limbs, or eye injuries, etc. Kitten/cat has been seen by a licensed veterinarian prior to release. All health problems if any will be disclosed to purchaser by Julbilee Cats. 17. Remember it is stressful for a kitten/cat to go to a new home. Watch for signs of illness, colds, etc. and seek veterinary care if needed. Notify Julbilee Cats immediately in writing of anything that may be considered life threatening. For kitten/cat's sake and yours, please use bottled water for a week and gradually add in your water. If you decide to change food, do so gradually to prevent stomach upsets, vomiting and diarrhea. 18. I require a non-refundable deposit of $100 down on all kitten/cats in order to hold kitten/cat. If kitten/cat becomes deceased during the care of Julbilee Cats a refund of deposit, or replacement of kitten/cat will be made to purchaser. Purchaser has 10 days to sign & return contract, or kitten/cat is to be available for sale again & deposit is forfeited to seller. Also all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be reflected in the final selling price. Julbilee Cats has 30 days from time of release/sale to ship kitten/cat. Violation to any of the above, annuls any and all guarantee and Julbilee Cats may elect to retrieve kitten/cat at expense of purchaser.
